        OTHER: The house is located in densely populated suburbia.
               It's pretty quiet, but I do have an awful lot of
               neighbours. It's a 15-minute walk to a decent little
               downtown with some nice cafes, a brewpub, several
               restaurants and some good bookstores. From there, a
               slow and noisy train runs about once an hour until
               about midnight to and from San Francisco. It's an hour
               away by train; 45 minutes by car with luck.
