     LOCATION: Set in park land is close to all local facilities
               and is only 1.5 miles from city centre.
   MAX GUESTS: The accomidation block will
               accomidate any number of guests.
               I could put some one up for one or two nights max.

     EXPENSES: Pay for own accomidation if own room but if
               put up for one or two days nothing.
               Pay for own food etc. but not for shared transport.
